This project showcases my rendering skills through the redesign of a four-story townhouse at 815-817 Masonic Ave, San Francisco. Recently purchased by the Lee family, the top floor will serve as their residence, while the ground floor will be leased for commercial use. The third floor is the primary focus of the redesign, integrating thoughtful spatial planning and aesthetic enhancements. Through detailed renderings, this project brings the vision for the townhouse to life, illustrating a refined balance of function, style, and adaptability.
